Terms and Conditions
By registering for and participating in our basketball camp, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Registration and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a participant’s spot in the camp. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.
3. Assumption of Risk
Participation in basketball and related activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of the participant.
4. Medical Authorization
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, camp staff are authorized to seek appropriate medical treatment for the participant. You agree to be responsible for any costs incurred.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the camp for inappropriate behavior without refund.
6. Attendance and Punctuality
Participants are expected to arrive on time and attend scheduled sessions. We are not responsible for missed sessions due to late arrival or absence.
7. Program Changes and Cancellations
We reserve the right to modify schedules, locations, or programming as needed. If the camp must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a rescheduled session or credit at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our organization, its staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation in the camp.
9. Personal Property
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to the camp.
10. Media Release
By participating, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during camp to be used for promotional purposes unless you provide written notice otherwise prior to the start of camp.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Agreement
By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
