All registrations and payments for our basketball camp are considered final.
Once a participant is registered and payment has been received, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.
We encourage all participants and families to carefully review their schedules and commitments before completing registration.
In the event that the camp must be canceled by our organization due to unforeseen circumstances (such as facility issues or extreme conditions), participants will be notified promptly. In such cases, we may offer a rescheduled session or a credit at our discretion.
